I’m Whitney Waterbury, Office Manager, and although I’m new to the insurance industry, I bring over 13 years of experience in management, customer service, and team leading, and am excited for the opportunities that DML provides me to learn on the job.

Before joining the DML Team, I worked in food distribution where I developed a pallet for specialty cheeses. My ideal cheese plate includes a funky blue, a creamy brie, and an extra aged Gouda. Throw in some thinly sliced prosciutto and I’m in heaven!

A Pacific Northwest native, I graduated from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a degree in women’s and gender studies. After college I moved to Seattle where I’ve attended countless concerts, sports games, and beer festivals. In the summer I help organize and play in a local kickball league. I also enjoy a relaxing evening on the couch with my partner and my cat by my side, a crochet project in my lap, and a vinyl spinning on the record player!
 

At the front desk, I’ll often be the first person you see or speak with. I love having the opportunity to engage with and get to know our clients and partners. Behind the scenes you’ll find me busy supporting my colleagues, making sure everything is meticulously organized, and keeping things humming and running along smoothly!
