Senior Account Manager, Commercial Lines. Team member since June 2026.

 

As a Senior Account Manager, I bring with me thirty years of industry experience; five years in personal lines, life and disability and the twenty-five years following in commercial specific insurance.

 

Over the course of these three decades, as my career has evolved and myself along with it, it has become part of a larger purpose to me. Born and raised in Southwest Seattle/White Center area, community means everything; my family, friends, neighbors, and clients, they’re all a part of my community, and being in service to them is purposeful work. My amazing daughter and partner-in-crime, Keyona, now 31 and a trauma nurse at Harborview Hospital, is also taking care of our community in her own way.

 

I believe everyone needs someone on their side, to be there in a time of need, and to explain insurance in a language they can understand. Listening closely enough to know what someone really needs from their broker, “the gift of gab” as my colleagues would say, is my way of connecting with my clients and living my purpose. There is an artistry within this industry, I’ve discovered, and that is where I thrive. I look forward each day to jumping right in with my clients, meeting them where they are, and helping to carve out paths that will take them where they want to go. 

 

That’s how I show up for all aspects of my life; work, play, challenge, adventure- I jump right in. They’re all fundamental to living a life “lived”, and the way I see it, life is too short to live it un-lived. So, just as seriously as I take my craft, I take my love of camping in the great outdoors, community events, and classic muscle cars- the faster the better.

 

What I love most about working in this industry is that there are limitless areas to grow and learn. Thirty years in, I’m still finding them and still jumping right in.
